The addition of coconut liqueur tastes this delicious drink to the next level. This drink comes together quickly and pairs perfectly with holiday appetizers and desserts.

HOW TO MAKE THIS FESTIVE COCKTAIL

2 oz Coconut Cream Liqueur

4 oz Eggnog

1 oz Biscotti Liqueur

This recipe comes together easily. Grab a blender to ensure the smoothest drink possible!

Prep glasses. I used a martini glass, but to make my drink fancy I also put it inside a clear ornament.

Blend. Using a blender, combine the eggnog, Biscotti Liqueur, Coconut Cream liqueur, ice cream, and nutmeg until smooth.

Serve. Pour eggnog cocktail mixture into prepared glasses. Garnish with a sprinkling of cinnamon and or Cranberry and Rosemary if you are using the ornament method serve immediately.

TIPS FOR THE BEST EGGNOG DRINKS

Use good eggnog

If you have a favorite boxed eggnog, use that.

Chill the alcohol.

The eggnog should always be kept chilled in the refrigerator, no question. But I also recommend chilling the coconut cream and Biscotti flavored liqueur before making this drink. Every little bit of chill helps to give that ultra-cold drink experience here.

Use a blender

While you could hand mix this drink, I recommend using a blender to achieve the smoothest drink possible.

Garnish, garnish, GARNISH!

I’m a sucker for all the bells and whistles when serving special drinks. Stop working every cocktail with a lightweight shower of ground cinnamon. It’s not solely beautiful. However, it offers a lovely heat scent with each sip you take.
