Make this pink gin cocktail this Valentine’s Day!

All of you thirsty???? Where are my gin lovers and Prosecco lovers? This drink is a perfect marriage. It’s a classy mix , I like my drink with a kick—the perfect drink for your Galantine or romantic dinner at the crib. You guys know I’m always behind my home bar with a new cocktail drink. Every week I purchase at least one bottle of alcohol that I don’t have in my home.

This week I am buying Beefeater Gin. I wanted to create a drink for Valentine’s Day/ Galantine Day. I wanted to make a drink for the ladies and our guys. The hubby hates sweet beverages. But I tried to combine the best of two worlds, A Gin drinker, and a Prosecco drinker, and add a bit of sweet liqueur to the mix to blend everything.

Fill two large glasses with ice, add the gin and St. Germaine and then top up with the Prosecco and garnish with the strawberries! Enjoy.
