Ingredients:

Six ingredients

Produce

1 Lime, wedge

One small handful of Mint

6 Strawberries

Condiments

1/4 tsp Simple syrup

1 tbsp Strawberry Sugar

Drinks

4 oz Club soda

2 oz Rum

For the Strawberry sugar recipe, you will 1 cup of granulated sugar and 1 cup dried strawberry.

Directions for Strawberry Sugar:

Process 1 cup of granulated sugar with 1 cup of dried strawberries in a small food processor or a spice grinder until finely ground.

You can also use this Strawberry sugar in your tea, lemonade, lattes, and other cocktail drinks. I like to store it in a mason jar.

Directions: For Strawberry Mojito:

Place the mint in a cocktail shaker and the simple syrup, then put the lime wedges, pulp up, and cover them with sugar. Muddle to release the juice without getting them beaten up too much.

Add the strawberry to the cocktail shaker and crush them all together. Next, pour the rum and shake it vigorously for a few seconds.

In your favorite cocktail glass filled with ice, pour your strawberry mint mojito, and add the club soda. Stir to combine the ingredients and garnish with a few other mints and strawberries.
